I need to make some changes. My body feels drained. My brain feels foggy. My energy is zapped. Part of it is lingering postpartum depression but I think a lot of it is just not being good to my body. I eat pretty healthy in general, but terrible bloating lately leads me to believe I need to rethink what I’m putting in my body. I don’t drink enough water. I probably drink too much wine, but good lord, I’m not superwoman here.
So here’s what I’m going to do and I want you to join me! I’m starting a Ultimate Body and Soul Challenge. Starting October 17th, I’m starting a group challenge. We are going to eat clean for 14 days. I know you’re doing the math right now. Yes, this will overlap with Halloween. But that’s a GOOD thing. Now you have an excuse to pass on the candy!
At the same time, we are going to work out every day for 30 minutes at least five days a week. You can do an at-home program, and plow through it during the kids’ naptime, or wake up 30 minutes earlier.
Finally, we are going to nurture our soul. Five minute meditations every day. Deep breathing, affirmations, and aromatherapy. I’m calling this part a soul cleanse.
It’s called the Ultimate Body and Soul Challenge.
These three life changes together will be the total body cleanse I need to get out of the fog, reenergize and feel freakin amazing. Will you join me? It’s free. No strings. No obligations. Just a goal we are working towards together.
I’m going to follow Cassie Ho’s PIIT Power Pack (A 28 day Reset and a 28 day exercise program). But, you can do it any way you like! Just find a clean eating program (I bet you can download thousands off Pinterest). And find some way to work out 30 minutes each day. Cassie Ho offers free workouts through her website, but again… you can probably find thousands of workout on YouTube. And don’t feel limited to a workout video. Going for a run or walk counts in my book!
What’s your biggest obstacle for working out and eating healthy? Is one of them accountability? By joining the Ultimate Body and Soul Challenge, you’ll be added to a secret Facebook group where we provide each other the accountability, the support, and the resources to keep each other going.
On this Facebook Group, we will share:
- Suggestions of our favorite free workouts online for others to try
- Clean eating programs we find on Pinterest
- Recipes you recommend
- Regular accountability for workouts
- Milestones and struggles
- Using aromatherapy to boost mood, energy, and happiness
- Tips for working out with kids!
What do you think? Want to join me? Want to feel like a new person in 14 days? Sign up here or at the bottom of this page and let’s have some fun!
