Have you heard the story about one of the early investment meetings for Facebook and how two guys never showed up for the meeting? The moral of the story is “don’t miss the opportunity of a lifetime” especially if you were invited to the meeting.
Consider yourself invited.
Since starting my Arbonne business in October 2016, my month to month pay has doubled. And I’m just getting warmed up. It’s exciting to be early enough in a business where there is only a 1% brand awareness of the company and products, but the health and beauty industry is slated to reach the trillions within the next several years.
Arbonne’s skin care and nutrition products has one of the best ingredient policies in the world. Vegan certified, botanically based, and all natural. This is the standard all health and beauty companies will be headed towards in the next few years.
Oh… Isn’t this network marketing?
You’ve heard of it, haven’t you? And you think you know what it is, right? Wrong. Unless you’ve been an Arbonne consultant, or you’ve done extensive research, I’m willing to bet you have a mistaken preconceived notion about how this business works. Some network marketing businesses may be a bit shady, but you’ll find that in any industry. A lot of direct sales companies are superior in their standards, business practices, and integrity. Arbonne is one of the highest ranked companies by the Direct Selling Association.
But it’s a pyramid scheme
Ummm. First, pyramid schemes are illegal and Arbonne is a 36 year old company, so go ahead and shake that off. Second, have you looked at the business model at you or your partner’s company? There’s a CEO at the top, a few managers below him (or her… but this is the US so the stats show it’s probably a him), then a bunch of employees. The employees will never get to the CEO level… there’s only one spot for that position. That sounds like a pyramid shape to me.
At Arbonne, everyone is the CEO of their own business. Each consultant reports to no one, and decides how much and how far they want to go in the business. Consultants get to be own boss and set their hours, goals and best practices. How cool is that?
Ok, fine. But why is everyone so damn happy? Is this some sort of cult?
Seriously, I’ve been asked this. People are happy because they are their own bosses. They are living their lives and pursuing their dreams. At Arbonne, we weave and bob the business into our day. Not the other way around. We do what brings us joy — working out, spending time with our kids, taking cooking classes — and we share Arbonne with the people around us.
Plus, the the products are worth sharing. They are pure, safe, and beneficial. They are all natural and they produce results! You can spend days scouring the aisles at Sephora but how often have you found something that actually worked (and was safe and pure)? I used to go to the beauty store and try a different skin care line every single visit, hoping that I would find “the one.” Turns out, it was Arbonne. And I get a commission on my personal purchases. Snap!
Lastly, we are all smiling because of our culture. Arbonne is a team of the most incredible, health conscious and imspired living aficionados in the world. We are passionate about this business and excited to see each other grow. You will never find an office job where colleagues are so determined to help get each other to the top, and to help them be their best selves. If you are looking for a tribe, look no further. Arbonne consultants are who you want standing behind you on a trust fall.
Look, in 5-10 years, most of your friends are going to be in network marketing in some form or another. I’ve been in the marketing industry for 20 years and that’s the direction we are headed. You can wait til that happens and buy these products from your friends, or get ahead of the game and START NOW.
