You guys know I’m a fitness nut. I’ll do just about anything. Last week I tried barre class and holy moley, it was amazing. AH-MAZE-ING. I also just signed up for an insane 24-hour relay race in June. Crap, I better up my running routine a notch.
Anyway, OnlineGym4Me emailed me about partnering with them. They offer all sorts of workout programs, including one for new moms. Wait. It gets better. They are giving me and all my readers one YEAR of free membership. Wha????
There is no catch here. You will not have to enter your credit card number to access. You just click below and it’s free. No, I’m not being incentivized if you click or sign up. I just think it’s a really cool offer, and thought my readers would agree.
ONE YEAR OF FREE MEMBERSHIP
Let’s talk about their new mommy program, called New Mommy, Fit Body.
This 3-week online workout program will help you get back in shape and feel strong. You can easily incorporate the workouts into your super busy schedule. The program is led by an OnlineGym4me instructor and consists of 6 classes, each lasting just 15 minutes. You can do the program whenever you find a little time, and you can do each class as many times you want or even pause it if your new mommy duties can’t wait.

That’s just one of their programs. They offer pilates, cardio, yoga, and other ones as well. I’ve tried a few of the workouts. The instructors are cute, with Slovenian accents. I love one instructor, Izzy, who tends to lose track of what rep we’re on and is just a goofball overall. But this is certainly not as polished as a Jillian Michaels or PX90 workout. I mean… the soundtrack consists of the instructor pushing play on his iPhone. But seriously guys, the price is right. You will sweat. What more could you ask for?
I love having one more tool in my kit for the days where a drive to the gym just isn’t going to happen. Or the days where the toddler refuses to nap. And especially the days where I don’t have the energy for a 30-minute workout, but a 15 minute one seems manageable.
So check it out. And let me know what you think! Who’s your favorite instructor? What’s your favorite workout? Because it might be campy, but that makes it even more fun.
Thanks for the info- such a deal! I will look into it!
I know, right? What do you have to lose? <3
