Do you hear the whispers?
They come when you are least expecting. Just as youโre about to drift off, or as you wait in the school pick up line. But if you listen. If you calm your mind and turn off the noise around you, you can hear them now. They whisper your dreams. Your future. Your potential.
They might be whispering for you to have a baby, to call that person, or to say YES to that thing.
Or they might be telling you to stop drinking.

Those are the whispers. But hereโs something you may not know.
Those whispersโฆ they are on your side. They are trying to help you. They are not the enemy. You can trust the whispers.
I heard the whispers for years before I finally offered them a chance to prove themselves. In my drinking, my decision to start running at age 35, even my writing was born from the whispers.
What do your whispers tell you?
And even more importantly, will you listen?
